Personal Background
Jannette, a native of New Mexico, has a long history of working with rural property owners. Having barrel raced, ran poles, and been around horses her entire life, Jannette provides a unique background and understanding of the traditionally rural (and urban) communities that comprise the Greater Albuquerque Metro area today. Jannette was the Torrance County Fair Queen in 1984 and a candidate for the NM State Fair Queen contest the same year. Jannette adds to that a broad and professional background within the Albuquerque metro area, having worked in banking, mortgage lending, business and real estate throughout the metro area for more than 20 years. Mrs. Dudley is the mother of two, a devoted and loving (new) grandmother and an incredible Realtor! She regularly devotes herself to the improvement of the youth within the community having volunteered for countless years as a chairperson for Skills USA in both the construction and carpentry divisions over the years.

Guy leads the organization's first time home buyers program, working with tenants as they transition from renter to buyer. He has developed several programs that simplify the home buying process and continues to help numerous prospective buyers make that transition every year.
