    Personal Background

    Jannette, a native of New Mexico, has a long history of working with rural property owners. Having barrel raced, ran poles, and been around horses her entire life, Jannette provides a unique background and understanding of the traditionally rural (and urban) communities that comprise the Greater Albuquerque Metro area today. Jannette was the Torrance County Fair Queen in 1984 and a candidate for the NM State Fair Queen contest the same year. Jannette adds to that a broad and professional background within the Albuquerque metro area, having worked in banking, mortgage lending, business and real estate throughout the metro area for more than 20 years. Mrs. Dudley is the mother of two, a devoted and loving (new) grandmother and an incredible Realtor! She regularly devotes herself to the improvement of the youth within the community having volunteered for countless years as a chairperson for Skills USA in both the construction and carpentry divisions over the years.

    Personal Background

     I grew up in Somers Point, New Jersey and graduated from Mainland Regional High School.  I do miss the beach and the seafood.  I am a big Philadelphia Phillies fan, just like my family there. 

    We lived in Florida by the Atlantic Ocean in Indialantic for 8 years where we enjoyed fishing, boating, going to the beach, watching the Shuttle and checking out the alligators! Can't forget DisneyWorld. Loved it!  

    For a very short time we were transfered to Arizona and Iowa, two real extremes.  I really did enjoy checking out different parts of the country though. We are most likely here in New Mexico for good and have a vacation home in northern New Mexico. It is fantastic, the deer come up to the yard everyday and we have a river on the land with a bridge crossing it.  No place better to relax. 

    Greg and I have 3 wonderful daughters, Laura, Robin and Holly and so far we have 2 beautiful grandkids, Chloe who's 5 and Jullian who's 2. I have 2 very spoiled Chihuahua's Vinny and Chimi along with Tiki my vulgar African Grey Parrot.
